Missed picking up adena + scroll from Treasure Box

Hello,

yesterday i was on Cruma Tower, inside. I opened a Treasure Box, and i went to pick up the adena and a scroll (i didn't see te name, dont know if it was EAC or EWC) , but i didn't get it on inventory, and neither on chat.
