XP party rate after restart

As i saw on forum , after restart this morening , xp rate for parties was raised with 150% but actually is lowered
I was in cruma before restart with 2 chars lvl 46 and i got 57k xp from mobs
After restart for every mob killed in same party i got 51k xp
So maybe i am wrong somewhere but if u can check it , ty very much.

I think i read that party xp is lowered, and solo xp increased..?

about pt xp rate.... i am in a pt with a summoner...he with a summon gets 33k xp....i get 23k xp and i don't have summon...and yes i updated files.
