Hello there, first of all i wanted to speak about the level up  , if you get your supports inside the party there is no good bonus on it so that's bad, but staff i think you can help in this by making Auto learn skills 
there will be no time to spend just leveling main and supports you know many of my friends joined then after 24 hours they leaved cuz of this people work and do shits in their life now ...

If u haven't time to play on this server (it's low rate server) don't play here. I hate people who are crying all the time. I haven't much time to play, but im happy when it takes time to get items/levels. There are so MANY high rate servers, if u haven't time to play, go there. Tarantula exp rates wont change drastically, so i won't cry when people who wants only easy exp/getting items will leave. Cheers

If you prefer an higher rate server i would suggest Dragon.

I Suggested to change into auto learn skill it's gonna be helpfull but i liked your fake keynote.

Autolearn skill in my opinion is also reserved for high rate servers. Sorry, but many people are crying about rates, I don't know, maybe "unseenable force" is holding them on the server, maybe... Cheers
