-Rewards for top lvl players like on officials (I mean not OP items but something useful )
-Increase drop rate of RBs, important mobs (for example punishments for dc gloves recipe,I ve been there for 12hours and dropped just 1 recipe)
-Make sieges as soon as possible.
-End curve at x4 and pt exp bonus 170% for 7-9 ppl and 120% for 2-6
