For that one is 10% drop rate. Seems rate changes by coin. One are lower drop other are higher but never over 20% or under 10%.

Issue: Its a 40+ quest. I've tried to beggin with lvl 41, 42, 43 and 44, but the Helvetia didn't wants to give me the work. When i click on "Quest", she say "You are either not on a quest that involves this NPC, or you don't meet this NPC's minimum quest requeriments."
