Recipe drop

I dont know if its normal but yesterday i was going for recipe  Doom boots 100%, it dropped after 5 mobs but later after 5 hours of farming same mobs it didnt drop even once, we even had a full drop, today we were farming it for almost 3 hours and still nothing, but dropped recipe which have 2x lower drop rate... I think something is wrong with drop rate. Mob name Yintzu located in Giants Cave.

[beast_lord]   level=60 drops is 3,2% . There are another 6 mobs who drops it too
