Need more info about server

so um this server is a higher rate then retail but it plays like retail i was lookin for a pvp server with like shops and crap not having to need to spoil crap and stuff sigh :/. Does dragon network not have a mid/highrate pvp server ? i dont want to play a server where i have to box 5 chars for buffers and spoilers and crafters i mean come on having to buy soul shots and crap on a private server why play a private server when you can go play retail if you wanna do that crap. And no mana pots means i have to sit down for ages just to get mana back. This server so far is seeming less and less fun to me :/
