Drop working well?

Yesterday mobs lvl 58, 59, 60 (start 57 end 59) killing 3 hour  1 zubei helmet part some mats and adena (random rate on herbs) siiting some times for recharge mana.
Today mobs lvl 59, 60, 61 im (start 60 end 62) killing 2 hour and nothings only some mats and adena same with herbs and for timer nothing herb drop.

This rates are -1% or what happens, need doing another thing or some trick.

pretty sure u can spoil full b weapons and armors ...
SOme a grade armor recs u can get only by drop
check BW helmets , i saw many recs and they are available by drop only

Demon dagger 100% Sword of valhalla 100% BW Helmets 60% Doom helmets 100% Tallum Gloves 60% Dark Crystal Gloves 60% and i saw them many, saw Damascus full sword, Peril bow actually +10 as guys QQing in other topic, Kris Dagger etc,

Ure not right, hes not unlucky , just the drop rate of parts/mats is too low. even in retail l2 is higher than here. Full drops rate are okay imo but parts/mats are not.
