have bug with mob on devil's isle !
when you make restart! mobs in room respawn 5-6 x when i kill their respawn only 1 all time ! or so should be ?

for example! after rebooting  the server in five rooms was 10 -20 mobs Spiritual Body Spiritual Body and Pirate Zombie Captain after I killed them respawns started only 1 and only in one room!
every 5 minutes

Means if we didnt touch anything there , should be always the same as it was. Cant be changed if we didnt changed it , thats why its rather weird
