I did some test , tank can get agro back only when mage are hitinng.
When figther are hiting , you will never take it back.

Agro on Mage pt >> Work
Agro on Figther pt >> FAIL

Its cuz fighters crit more often than mages and RBs agro on the crits cuz of big dps (thats why its most common archers to take the agro)
This is how Antharas was farmed on Raven.. 2 archers and 1 mage pt and archers never lost the agro.

Agro feels Horrible in pvp.. In the other hand shackle is landing most of the time.
