Some people from clan had the same problem and I have it too, the patcher not working, worked for a while yesterday thus I patched one fo the clients, and uploaded the new L2.ini you need to connect if anyone else is having the issues. So Ill throw the link here as well, so people can actually connect and play. It is working for me now again, but again in case someone is having issues:
