and about the drop we tried for like 1h drop de GC book and 0 drops from the mobs

You are reading the list in the wrong way.
30% is the chances it have inside the list, but the list itself have 4% chances only.

Read the FINAL %, i calculated it for you: around 1.5%

Yea they always did lethals but i dont remember if they took CP also.

Chance is same like TU lethals. Oh wait, TU doesnt lethal at all xD
