To admins - doubt about ping

Ok,
on the first opennig of USA server i had 230 ping, its playable. best ping on the list for me (i am from brazil)
Atm, it is 297. i have no clue why it got increased, my internet its still the same. Now my pings that were 230 - 250.. ate near 300.

and, what about a south american p.(dunno how to call it exactly) ? i think i have read something about it.. will it be put live also?
maybe it would solv the problems with lags that south american people are still experiencing.

There won't be for south america, I think, drake wrote in anoter topic that people from s america can use EU1 or EU2
