TK Weapon passive mastery

Is missing. From lvl 40 at least. Actually, I should have lvl weap mastery lvl 8 when I reach level 40, but the max I can get is 5, so there might be some missing from before that too. From 40+ there is no passive at all for weap mastery however, at least not until lvl 55. According to several sources, there should be 3 level of the passive per skill batch after lvl 40.

Should I bump this? Or it was acknowledged and it's being looked after?

level has been reduced just to avoid bugs whit subclass system,however it gives the same effect as lvl 8

from change log:
-Armor Masteries are gathered around only 3 skills, this prevents from stacking of different kind (mage/fighter) of same armor mastery.
The level given of the specific armor mastery is dictated by the pdef given by that specific level.
Additional (class related) effects (evasion/mp regen/etc...) from the mastery are obtained from extra secondary passive skills (example: "Light Armor Evasion Mastery")

So if I get it right, I have them but I don't have to pay for them? They are automatically given to me considering my current level? So say i'm 40, I have the equivalent of the passive mastery of a lvl 40 TK and at 55 I have it equivalent to a lvl 55, but I don't have to learn them? And they are all "hidden" in that same lvl 5 weap mastery?
