Jail for trade?

I was trying to trade my shop char and it got jail.

1-st of all i didn't do nothing ilegal i just traded.
2-nd i need the mats on that char.
3. I can't even do .jailstat cose it's lvl 3 char.

Wtf is this? Anyone else got this shit happen to them?
