PermaBan is too hard punishment imo

too hard for stealing from others? backstabing your "friend"? I think permaban is the only punishment that could be delivered.

it sux that the scammed guy, now that the scammer was permabanned, has no chance of retrieving the stolen items. imo he should be given access to scammers account for a day or two before permabanning the sucker.

if the stolen items are on banned chars, gm's usually give them back, and scammer keeps his acc permabanned.
