why tattoo of mana regen and mana burst are nerfed ? its sux when you nerf mage tattoo and boost tattoos for crit damage?

Aint nerf (as is a custom design by me and not by ncsoft), read it better.
Was explained also in the original changelog that each tattoo level is designed for specific levels.
In fact the EMP tattoo of ManaRecovery, that is designed for lv76+, is even better now.

The main issue of ManaRecovery tattoo is that was "too good" at early levels compared to ManaBurst.
Now is about 3x times better "only".

u want to get awesome bonuses on high lvl chars with lv1 tattoo? not really son
and it was true that lv1 tattoo was op, myself had only those lv1 on all fighters and buffbots and it worked like a charm.

Mana Burst maximum level didnt change.
Mana Recovery maximum level gives 10mp more.

You dont have to keep it on 24/24 and tattoo is just an extra option and not meant to be always used but activated "when you need it"
For mana, if you cant afford any tattoo at all, there are classes that can recharge you.

Its not 6h it only counts while you have it equipped. If you are lazy to unequip , thats another story.
