PROBLEM WITH LOGIN

Hello,
I have problem with login. I type login and password and when i press login, nothing happens.
Who know how to fix this problem? and when i start loucnher it makes error table with " SOCKET ERROR 10013 Aces diened" but then i press ok and i can use llouncher and in Loucnher writes LST files dont found. who know how fix this problem? i trying press full chec but nothing happens.
I can login in old lineage dragon server...
but with interulde client  i cant login in tarantula why?

I downloaded everything from that links, and reinstaled lineage2 but it still doesnt work.. who have same problem solved?

Provide some screens or something , saying im BAGGED NO WORK , doesnt really help us.
