Something that NCSoft should had done. Rarely used heals cause of the overbuff, which can save lifes if well played...

They realized it in later chronicles, but I know this is IL...though was only a "blind suggestion".

there is tons of little things like this that could improve the gameplay. but then again, it wouldnt be L2 IL anymore after implementing them.
