Problem Login

First of all i am not opening this post without reason. i have read other topic for this error and i can't login also.

NO WORK

Before i login to forum to see what is happening i try to login but NOTHING
i made full update withour delete folder NOTHING
i delete the system folder and full update NOTHING
i run as administrator NOTHING
so?
reinstall L2?

yes already do it but nothing!
i was running the game from laptop with vga onboard and i was running it very well but now nothing
