brightness in switching 2 box

When you switch between 2 box the brightness getting low all the time.Ofc you can aways change high then very high, but its kinda irritating doing that every 20 sec.
I remember there was such a problem in old days, but after few switch you got the normal brightness.Now there isn't that kind of solution.

Hope for any fix.
