i have start make a PP then i have stuck to HE . Normaly the Light Armor Mastery goes to lvl 43 ... but i can do now max only lvl 19 .. what is the problem ??

im on HE but the probelm is i cant buy the skill bro ...

Not sure what lvl you are but the faq sticky in bug report does have a mention of armour masteries look at #10 in the faq.

You don't get max lvl but the bonus is the same as max lvl.. some workaround the GMs did
