Confirmed. The reason of not declaring back a war was due to lack of nobless chars and substack'ed ppl. So if you do the math for 3 years, that means many many Golkas and Bara, in that time they will surely get the 70 nobless chars they were mentioning back before in another topic.

For now, you can't do anything else just collecting the pk points and karma on them :/ but I doubt some1 was so sad about that :DD
