Skill masterys stuck?

Good day ewryone.
As a title says do the skill mastery from mage/fighter subs stuck, or replace eachother? (Skill thet reuse or dublle your skill/buff duration)

Doesn't stack skills that are iqual. You can't have for example double light mastery.

I figure thet much. But since skill mastery from fighter is influenced buy STR and from mage buy INT i was not complete sure what whud heppend if i learn them bouth.
