OK it seems to be doable now, but it also seems like there is something off.

Normally you level him up, and each level up it removes randomly 1-10 pk. Well, it worked fine so far. Today I did it 10 times and it always removed 1. Kinda small chance to have that bad of luck.

I will check it out more but seems weird.
