Well i can give you some advices what dyes i used on interlude when i play gladiator
-No dyes
-+4 str -4 con +4 wit -5 int
-+3 str -3con +2 str -2 dex (On tallum Heavy Set) +4 wit -5 int

[Clonage]

str+4 con-4 dex+4 con-4 wit+4 men-4 ftw!
