Soulshots don't trigger on weapon switch

Yet another death forces me to report that.

Switching between weapons with activated soulshots not always trigger them. They are not active just for a while or with first hit, but until I manually deactivate/activate them or switch weapons again.
Might be related to performing attack quickly after weapon switch or skill use before/after. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the bug when I intend to.
