oly limit

Hi as topic title says about oly limit , is any chance to make that static weapons / armors wheni join in oly with +7 or +10  to give me stat of +6  coz like this i have to make new weapon to go oly... I saw this type of oly in many servers so prolly aint impossibile to make it . Example   : I join oly with +10  when im in oly it has +6 stat .
