Summon interface

I cant bring up the summon interface, i doubleclick on the sevitor i hear the "popup" sound but the menu seems  to be nowhere. I tried the initialize interface option and diff resolutions. Am i doing sth wrong here?

Impossible. Try a full check and a initialize.

well its still happening.

EDIT: deleted system folder and did full check , opened in window - works for now.
