I see in others severs that the vote is related with the user account. So u can get  "vote coins" in your account to get pots , scrolls, hats, etc.
Track isnt posible do it ?

the whole idea of voting is voluntary support for the server u love so much. its not smth to expect to be paid for. or ...u can ask for epic jewelry, and small nuclear devices, cus pvping in certain classes is hard and almost impossible
