changing clan leader and siege date

hi.
We wanted to change clan leader. for this we had to wait till siege end. siege was at 17:00 pm CET.
we had trying to do that now 20:30 pm CET.
and we got communicat  that can do this becouse of siege....

also i wanted to ask about siege hour. couse we had siege at 22:00 at oren castle. now its 17:00. can change to this hour again or atleast 20:00 ? :> waiting for answer with question about changing clan leader. its important. thanks
