He is a GM, not a developer, therefor he is not obligated to know things (newly made). And actually i wonder, are you starting game via official way (aka loader), since Drake clearly wrote there " OLYMPIAD IS NOW WEEKLY (STARTS IN MONDAY AND ENDS IN SUNDAY NIGHT)"
