losing skills when dlvl.

hi. i had question. when i make subclass then i keep skills till +10 lvls.
and when i delvl character i shall keep all skills with was learned ? or?

about subclass i know.
but my question are when i delvl character by death's then i lose skill also ? couse i subbed destro to tyrant that he goes to lvl 64 to keep zealot 3 lvl.
and then i wanted to delvl it by dying some lvl's more. and then do i lose also skills?

u will loose all skills acquired when skilllvl - charlvl is greater than 10
