cant reset password

so i have an old mail im using since dragon c3 times and did reset a lot of times including when i came to TAR now that its pay to change i can reset my pass ? i didnt recive the reset mail and cant send a new one, it's a "regional mail" but it worked befor its a bug or what i can do ? (not in spam btw)
