After whole day of reading logs and packets,we think that we finally found the cause of this madness. We contacted our datacenter with all the logs and waiting their reply.
Once they reply, ill write you back guys

Hope it solves everything! Imo do the boost exp event this weekend (the one you did after last downtime) to make up for lost time and give people a good reason to log back asap as it is fixed
