DOnt know realy now what have ultimete evasion with banes ...
anyway its not 100% ..in mental shield if u got mental it take 1 or 2 buffs or nothing ...

bane is similar case to cancel - buff lifting debuff, and UE gives protection againts that:
"Significantly increases Evasion and resistance to buff-lifting attacks."
