Retail 3rd class quest

hello i got problem

I have char De/Ty switched on Tyrant stat bcs i take retail again destro for fast exp and make nobles ...
But also i want sub this destro retail but i cant  take 3rd class quest.
It write this quest is already done ...

can u help me ?
