All chars missing

[sbd2]

Hi today I tried to log in after a while without playing and I realized all my chars (from 3 accounts) were missing.
It was any wipe o something I'm missing or they just dissapeared?

Please help T_T

That means a permanent wipe? I think server wasn't beta test as I created my chars long ago

Yep, perma wipe.
You can wait with us for reopen.
