Uninstalling my antivirus didn't help (Did run as administrator as well).
I hope you can help me solve this, I really wanna join the new server.

Thanks!

Mudel

Update:

I have installed a clean Windows 7 using VM Ware, no antivirus, UAC off - same error.
Any idea what's causing this?

PunkeD

I was getting same thing, its because your antivirus is removing that HB-EXT(client ).
Disable antivirus and get someone's else system, then add that file to exception list and it should work

Mudel

There's no antivirus installed on the new system.
Can someone zip and share their system with me please? Preferably Dropbox.

Thanks!

Vilanius

Wrong! if you are using Windows 7 or higher, you have an Antivirus software bundled in. It's called Windows Defender (I think). Check it out and add whole Lineage 2 folder to exceptions.

Mudel

Thanks for trying to help, but I know what I'm doing, the antivirus is not an issue.

Oh well, I was just looking out. I'm guessing you've tried compatibility mode as well?

Mudel

You're guessing right :)
A clean install on an old laptop with windows XP runs perfect, without disabled antivirus...
I'm at a loss :(
