A small bug with that reward box

Due to theese issues you have rewarded all the characters with box of +30% xp/sp for 7days i believe you gave them to every account but i got 2boxes on the same account wich is my boxed buffer not my main, can i have 1 box transfered to main?

i am playing on SE/BD temporarily
but i have created my future main char SH/BD lvl 5 and i didn't get box :C

Lol after i posted here they not only didnt transfer the box to my main they took it away i guess took away all the boxes that werent yet unused....you just keep surprising...

I pretty much doubt any of the staff removed your item, since all requires a server restart, so could not happen that way, regarding your issue I would contact TrackZero, he has item delivery system
