How are archers on this stage of server ?? crits more then 2k on mage ??

Way more than 2k actually. Depends of the class.

Indeed, skill comes with time and PRACTICE
I was playing 2 years as Trickster and i know i was(i am) one of the best Trickster from Dragon server
Last year (ocasionally) I was playing as OL/WC - and also: enemys felt my power durring PvPs, which i have proved many times
But as a Mage i sux balls hard - yesterday as FaceOFF for example (last rush on trololo)

So mb you should simply find a class which you are good at

Just for information about all educated L2 players haters and staff like those I wasnt playing on my char , there was a guy who logged it for the first time so nothing un expected.
About Video, action was good , skills were Low and Lags were Huge!
