Found, if you know how to edit the file User.ini, you must search for this values:

Mousix=CameraYaw Speed=+3600.0
MouseY=CameraPitch Speed=+3600.0

Reduce them and test until you get the sensitivity you like.

If you don't know how to edit it, tell me how much % would you like to reduce it, and I can help out editing the original Full Checked file for you

user.ini is encrypted/encoded.
That's why i asked here. I'm guessing that DN devs know how to decrypte/decode it. but, sadly they do not seem to care.

Well I'm not DN dev but hey there are softwares to decrypt it, like the L2FileEdit, so if you want, tell me the % you want to reduce the fastness and I will make a file for you to download, try it and tell me if sensitivity when using RMB is ok, if not we will change the values etc..
