Missing skill in Kamael

Hi . I have a problem. I started to play Kamael female warder, 24 lvl should get a new skill furious soul and it is not. My question is :  this server was removed this skil or this is just a bug?

That skill you can learn from level 55. Retail like.

on Hellbound chronicle female doesn't have this skill

there is a Gracia Patch note about it on legacy l2 site where they added to female on lvl 24
