Flu from HS

Hey, i was posting about this few weeks ago. GM said its ok - mobs give flu.
Now i go Hot springs attack Hot Springs Bandersnatch and this fuker give me cholera instead of flu. I tried few times...

Yep, there is no mob on HS that gives neither flu or reumathism, they should but they give only malaria and cholera.

atroxspawn gives flu 100% info i used it few times already (although it was like 1week ago)

I tried all mobs and no 1 give me flu. (even different spawn points of mobs like branderssntach)
