MAMONS 'weapon B exchange'

Hello, I spoke with Blacksmith of Mammon today, wanted to see what does 'weapon B-grade exhange' does.  My MAJOR ARCANA SET apeard here, I was wondering what does it do and it made my MAJOR ROBE disapear and exchanged it for MAJOR BOOTS.   since when does mammon know such magic trick?  is it working as intended?  is there any way to trade those items back?

btw I checked it deeper, seem like if u have some unsealed set u can exchange your main armor for any other part of set?
