problem with windows 10

how to do everything and went to work? the problem is that I run a circle launcher knocks me error in the file Dsetup.dll. maybe someone faced with this problem in one Windows 10

That is not win 10 issue is antivirus. Add system folder to exception.

Xarion mb make a sticky with that Antivirus info, ppl dont use search, they might open a sticky...maybe........if we are lucky
