Keyboard module ?

I keep getting msg about Fail Keyboard module that failed to load, and sometimes i can enter game sometimes not , there is no pattern , tried full check many times and always the same, now i cant even pass List of Eu1/2.
Says: Keyboard security module failed to load ... Please try again.
