yeah I know their spawntimes and general spawns are messed up but you never know if someone has been busy camping them

That person would need to spend really a looooot of time there and also get lucky. Not to mention u need 2 recipes, one to register, second to craft and it's still only 60%.

Haha I know how the quest works and how crafting works  I still don't want to eliminate the possibility that there could be someone with a recipe somewhere, if there is I want it
