Some skills need fix [SOLVED]

Debuff of sws didn't work, ol debuff same, arrest of tank never land in 5 min today... i tried with my friend with oly buff.
Shield defence rate is 100%, me with titan and my friend with sps/et, i always hit shield, in 5 test duel i always stricken shield and only shield, auto attack class will be useless vs any tank main or substack.
I don't know if is a bugg or no but in this server where all can sub tank is no sense  .

Yes i meant to be offensive, since you think after so long period NOBODY would notice if stuff would be OFF by a huge margin ? Since it didnt happen, that means you cant even do tests properly.

protip: skills have their lvl thats why you enchant them.

either it's your first time in this game or u have some serious problems with knowledge

It's hellbound. Windstorm = 30% bow resistance.
Shields have 3x more chance to block arrows. That means it will hit on shield everytime.

Archers are the hardest characters to play, you cannot play alone as an archer. Any test w/o Real target is a joke. Also you can occasionally go up to 2k+ atk speed with bow on some/most archers.

That's a SR/SWS and it's not even maxed out on atk speed. I had STR dyes and Bard Set(Also STR).
