Change of login name request

Hi, I used to have special characters in my login names for DN accounts, like xxxx.yyyy

I cannot log in to HB server, got still disconnected when I select server.

Is there any chance to update login names to remove these characters?

Sadly, account name can not be changed, therefor you have to open another one ( please use mainstream email @gmail, ymail, hotmail)
